Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use GrowTime on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Purchases and billing
GrowTime Premium is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It removes banner advertising and unlocks the full sound library and custom timer lengths. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Prices are displayed by the App Store in your local currency and may change over time. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue refunds ourselves.
A purchase is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your other devices with Restore purchases in the app.
Advertising
The free version of GrowTime is supported by advertising. Ads are provided by third parties and may be personalised depending on your consent and device settings. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the products and services they promote.
Your content and your device
You are responsible for the tasks and information you enter and for keeping a copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. GrowTime stores data locally and we keep no server copy, so we cannot restore data that is lost when the app is deleted or the device is reset.
Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove features, and we may release updates that require a newer version of iOS. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or free of interruptions, and we may discontinue it with reasonable notice where practicable.
Disclaimer of warranties
GrowTime is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.
